“OMG! This workshop was like a hug, a therapy session and a warm bath rolled into one. I’m so glad I listened to it. I’m looking at my life in a different way now!”

Hi, I’m Tammy.
I’ve been through midlife hell and back. Hormones gone haywire. Relationship drama. Overwhelm, anxiety, and the occasional existential crisis while standing in the kitchen wondering what in the frick I came in there for, who I even am anymore, and what I want to do with the rest of my life.
And through it all, I’ve learned a hell of a lot and managed to make my midlife chapter the most powerful, fun, sensual, and creative one yet.
And honey, I’m just getting started.
A few things you should know about me:
- I’ve built a career, raised a family, navigated the ups and downs of marriage, and learned a thing or two along the way. Like how to set healthy boundaries, have fun just for the hell of it, and make time for myself without feeling obligated to be everybody’s personal assistant.
- I’m still pissed I lost my favorite red patent-leather stiletto at a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert. Came home with only the left shoe and a phone number written on my thigh. To this day, I refuse to elaborate. Except after two margaritas, when I’ll elaborate considerably.
- I’m obsessed with the ’80s. I’m the girlfriend you call when you need someone to listen, tell you he’s an asshole, or post your bail. I also like long walks on the beach.
- I once grabbed the microphone at a Taylor Swift concert and had 60,000 people chanting “TA-MMY! TA-MMY!” By the time security escorted me offstage, I’d done three interviews and offered Taylor some unsolicited relationship advice.
- I accidentally got into the wrong limo in Vegas. Now, the boys from Thunder From Down Under come to our house every Thanksgiving. My husband doesn’t understand why we need seven Australian strippers to help with the mashed potatoes. Frankly, I don’t understand the confusion.
I’ve got opinions. I’ve got stories.
And every now and then, I’ve got some pretty damn good advice.
And today, I’ve got a few things I’d like to share with you to help you reclaim some of your time and energy just for YOU!
“Every midlife woman needs to listen to this, like yesterday! I finally feel so seen.”
